At Troove, we are committed to delivering carefully curated thrift pieces while ensuring transparency with our customers.

No Returns or Refunds

Since all items sold on Troove are thrift / pre-loved pieces, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available once an order is placed and delivered.

Each item is unique and often available in limited quantity (usually one piece), which makes returns and exchanges impractical.

Important Note Before Ordering

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, size details, and images before placing an order.

  • Reach out to us if you have any questions regarding size, condition, or fit.

Our team will be happy to assist you before you complete your purchase.

 Wrong Item

If you receive a wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with your order details and a parcel opening video recorded from the beginning (without cuts or pauses).

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the item inside. This is required for us to verify the issue.

Please note that claims without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted.
If refund is approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
